We live in the bario of San Gaspar (behind Farmacia Guadalajara). On our street, we noticed a golf cart that appeared abandoned. We made further inquiries, and discovered this story of Mario. Doing nothng was not an option, so we decided to help out the family. I had mentioned this to a few friends who also indicated they would ike to help. And so this little project was born. We figure about $1500 will get new batteries, a serviced cart and a video game console for Mario.

We want to keep everything transparent and assure everyone that every centavo will be accounted for. The progress page will list donations and show expenditures. We can name you as a donor, or you can remain anonymous. If you wish to stay anonymous, we will make sure your donation is recognizable. For example, we will list a $20 donation as $20.18 (and we will tell you the amount) in order to keep all donations trackable.
